If you’ve run out of credits with the current package you have, we recommend that you upgrade to the next tier. You can upgrade your package in your account.
1. Login to your account at https://www.onlinece.com/
2. Click My Account and then select Profile
3. Click Subscriptions on the navigation table to the left
Your current package will be listed under Subscription Totals and you can select Upgrade.
You will then be prompted to select the package you want to upgrade to and then click Switch Subscription.
